Yesterday my weight went up slightly bit today it's back down to 52.6. Not really a surprise considering i hardly ate since I was out and it was hot. I had a quest bar and a half during the day and then made sure to load a bit when I got home using peanuts, avocado and macadamia - oh and cheese. So ate as much as I could before closing my fasting at 7.
