IM BACK. it's been a while. lots of ups and downs, had this school camp for around 2 months, went from 60kg to 67kg. somehow made really good progress over the holidays, down to 61kg again. feeling good, wanting to finally make a difference. have a good feeling about this. gonna start tracking cals again and see if that will make more of a difference :) good luck yall
