And so comes a Happy Friday. I can't complain about being 275. I really haven't been the best at keeping track of my weight on here anymore, and it is a problem. My family has been through some stuff this year. It seems as one crisis stops, another starts. Add that with having two jobs, which it feels like I am never home, and the fact that I should have weighed in earlier this week at 278, I am proud to only be at 275. From Monday to yesterday, I ate better, walked more, drank more water, and tried to be more mindful of what was going in my mouth as opposed to just eating and drinking whatever was convenient. It is tough. Tough to get back on track. But I am, and all your support helps. It is nice to go back and see what I was doing and all the support of everyone that helped me get there. So, this weekend is a holiday. Let's pass the test of not over indulging and make sure that things keep going in the right direction. Have a great weekend everyone!!!
