I have been off Fat secret for 6 months happily put on 6kg. I really believed I could eye ball my portion and kinda remember what I ate in the day was fine. All lies. I knew it my clothes were getting tight. Denial is a thing. So back I go. I Always feel better eating healthy why do I Always forget this and slip back. cheers to this lifelong journey with my food.
