Was hoping I would lose today but still maintained. I am mostly under my 1200 intake except for Friday and Saturday so unsure what I am doing wrong. I am not snacking at all either which used to be my downfall and honestly I don’t feel like snacking. All my food is fresh and hardly anything is processed or ultra processed except for homemade pasta and bread but still measured everything accurately. Fingers crossed for tomorrow. Am hoping it’s the weekend still catching up on me.
