Guys my weight loss journey is going so slow. I did have a few set backs though. The 3rd week of January we got alot of ice on the roads and were unable to leave the house to go to work. So I tried to eat everything that I could find with no exercise. Next Month is gonna be my Do Better month I am still around the same weight though😊
