I haven't been using this even though I said I would 😅 I've just been going to the gym. I am trying to better my health and fertility.

I have gotten down to my lowest since getting this big, so I'm happy with that. fluctuating in the 69s now.

Started to get cramps this week once I hit 69.25kg. Which might mean my cycles might start again finally.

I cant wait to personally hit under 70kgs ...anything like 69.9 lol ...great work 👍

I've been trying to get under 69 for a while lol. Weighed above 69 this morning though but to touch 68 means I'm going in the right direction lol I just fluctuate a lot. I'm actually taking orlistat to help me. In pretty sure that's the only reason I've started losing again.
