I am going to make a suggestion...(I am lowering my voice and giving it as humbly as I know how...I truly do not want to offend you!) Please relax a little and don't be quite so concerned about small variations...esp. when you are weighing daily...For Accountability, I weigh most mornings...but I am truly only "concerned" or "emotionally invested" in the "official" weekly weigh-in...which I have set for myself every Monday...I am NOT saying "do not care."...I am saying...do not be anxious about variations of a pound or so...HOPE this HELPS and have a WONDERFUL DAY!!!! :)

PS: I do remember you really want to hit this next goal...however, it often seems to happen faster when we relax..LOL...and maybe slightly UP our exercise..and sometimes even bump up calories just a bit...to "trick" our bodies..
