Those new supplements didn’t help me go to the bathroom they in fact hindered me so I stopped taking them and even asked for a refund because they were pricey. Took actual laxatives last night which I rarely take and I just barely went to the bathroom this morning. Need to switch it up and do something different. Drink more water, etc. gotta get rid of this bloat feeling
