210 even, what an accomplishment official down 105# from when I started my journey. 25 to 35 lbs to go. Staying hard at the gym as much as possible and doing calisthenics and isometrics at home when I can't. I am still on 1500 cal/day and added 16 off/8 on intermittent fasting. I am going to change my low-t treatment provider. The current provider keeps jacking with my level and throwing from feeling prime to feeling andropausal; I'm not a fan of the flux. I want consistency in my treatment from a provider, like what I'm doing to keep my health up.
