Good morning Ejeanmard, happy new year. You didn't fail, your body told you to stop. Not every WOE (way of eating) works for everyone. Over time, I've tried different ways, and the only thing that works for me is CICO, with no forbidden foods. It took me 4 1/2 years to lose 100 pounds, though the 2 years during COVID I simply maintained (after a 20 pound gain-back), but I have learned a great deal during that time, and I know I'll never gain that weight back. I saw on YOH's journal that you're from Texas, but live in Louisiana. Where do you live? I'm from Louisiana, but have lived in Houston for over 30 years now. Right now I'm in the little town of Ville Platte, Louisiana helping out my son. Good luck on your continuing journey, you're doing great!
