Basically the same weight so YAY for my very first real maintenance week! It didn’t come without one day where I overdid it on carbs bc I’d unintentionally deprived myself of carbs on a business trip, but in everything, we learn 😊 🤷🏻‍♀️

So week #2 on swim reduction to 5x/week and walk reduction to 3x/week, weights same 5x/week. Increasing calories goal slightly from 1475 to 1500 bc I was over 1500 last week anyway and maintained. Just want to plan for it this week so I’m making conscious healthy choices.

HEALTHY MOMENT OF GRATITUDE: First truly weight stress- free travel experience. Should have felt this was travelling this summer, but the PTSD is strong and I still panicked, though without reason. This time, no concerns about aisles, seats, seatbelts, seat trays, armrests, walking, etc. Less stress = 👍🏻😊
62.8 kg 지금까지 감소한: 112.1 kg.    남은양: 1.5 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
