The results for the weekend are in. Not nearly as bad as I had first thought. There was some snacking, some cake, sausage (chicken/apple), waffles and alcohol; oh and Chinese take out so to only gain one...nobody is crying here.
No camping or vacation plans now for about three weeks. The goal is to maintain phase three perhaps losing a bit or maintaining and then it will be back to phase two.
