Lol no it's been nearly 2 weeks since I weighed myself and didn't remember to add it the the app so I did it later on, not bothering to check...
As I'm pre diabetic I wanted to lose weight fast so I was having porridge for breakfast, about 300 calories in food for lunch and then upto 700 calories for dinner, sometimes I will miss out on lunch and just go for dinner knowing that I can eat more.. I found out that I can last from about 9am to around 9pm give or take 2 hours as I work shift work. I try to eat from 800 to 1250 calories a day for now. On my days off I'll eat more, but then strict when at work.. When I get to my target weight I will eat more to maintain it.
