Day 24, Keto Mod, Body Fat 37.6%, B, Elipticle 45 min L3, 1 hr upper and lower body weights, Breakfast omelette and coffee w half and half, lunch chicken ceasar salad, dinner cobb salad w glass chardonay, sugar free jello. Energy back-increased some weights. Don't understand why--diet similar. A wee bit discouraged over weight stabalization as I can't (won't) excersize more or decrease amt I am eating. Clothes fit better-I'm under control w my eating-life could be worse. My current goal is 6 weeks (42 days) on the program and I am at day 24. I am successful at moving toward my next goal and since weight is not my current goal-I will not focus on it (much). Interestingly, weighing myself daily and seeing my weight decrease, level off, go up a wee bit, and then decrease teaches me to view the natural progression without as much focus on the number.
