Doing better but not best. Planned snacks, prepared breakfast & lunch are all helping but theres still candy and fast food. Ive been watching my glucose the past week and it’s been more level but still a bit high. I’m thankful that it hasn’t been crashing like it was. I have meetings out of town this week (again) so my goal is to keep it together while I’m gone and not eat and drink like an asshole. It’s really too easy with my coworkers though- they’re a great bunch and a lot of fun.
