If you keep doing what you always been doing, you will get what you always got! Only realise this last week, while keeping track of my kj's, just HOW much I was eating! ❤️ this week!
82.9 kg 지금까지 감소한: 5.9 kg.    남은양: 7.9 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

1331 kcal 지방: 33.87g | 단백질: 50.82g | 탄수화물: 155.48g.   아침 식사: Fruit Salad, Low GI Muesli, Green Tea, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Plain Yoghurt (Lowfat). 점심 식사: Woolworths Mild Dill Gherkins, Mozzarella Cheese, Pyotts Crackerbread. 저녁 식사: Tomatoes, Mozzarella Cheese, Cornmeal Mush made with Water. 간식/기타: Beacon Sparkles, Whiskey, Lay's Pilquante Pepper Popped, Granny Smith Apples. 더보기
주 1.5 kg 감소하기

Hi there, thank u. It's very hard, but know we all will get there. Jut have to push ourself and try and enjoy it. My total kcal is 1200, should i push to stay under that or should i eat excactly 1200kcal, know some days i actaully went over that...still a learning process...lol. Only busy with week 2 now:)

Hiya, I worked out my BMI here http://www.brainsurgeonsdiet.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=16&Itemid=61 , I then take off 2000kjs (sorry, I work in Kj's :) ) Buy taking off 2000kjs a week, you lose 1/2. it is not magic, it is science. Eating 2000kjs less than you should a week, means weightloss. It should work out to the same as you have it now. Each person is different, so you need to work out yours. There will be days that you over eat...on those days, I borrow from the next... I know, cheaky hey :) Good luck, hang in there
