Thinner PeaceI've never had it, and I should have had it by now. I mean, I'm anything but typical. And from what every diet ad touts, it's all the abnormal people that lose weight. It has to be because *Results are not typical.
I realize that achieving thinner peace isn't something that just happens. I'm willing to work at it, but like so many others, I'm discouraged. I think about how much time I've wasted, time I could have been getting healthy. (As I write this, there's a commercial on the TV in the background "... if it got rid of my pot belly, it could help anyone. Call now to order ..." Um, right.)
Like I was saying, I realize there's no miracle cure for obesity. (But wouldn't it be great if there was? Maybe when they have that cure, there also will be a way to travel in time. I could get back all the lost years I've spent in my Big-Waste Land.)
Since it's unlikely that I'll ever get to relive a minute of my life (even if I could, I probably wouldn't be able to afford it), I'm going to have to get thinner peace the old-fashioned way. That's right, I'm going to binge and purge. Not really. I'm actually going to watch what I eat (not in the literal sense, like I'm waiting for a piece of chicken to start dancing on my plate, but in a low-carb way), and I'm going to exercise.
Monday morning at 7 a.m., a friend is picking me up to go work out. Later, I have plans to walk with another friend.
And that's what I have to do: take each day at a time and make plans to be better and do better.
So, I'll end my first entry with this: Right now I'm not discouraged. I feel motivated. I can do this. I will find my thinner peace.

I like the idea of Thinner Peace. I've had to match a lot of my internal demons to lose the weight I've had my entire life. (Literally - I am the smallest now than I've ever been!) I had to examine why I eat, when I eat, and look at my body as something I love at any size. (Okay, still working on the last bit, but still!) Good luck on your journey!

What I say you can do... Is to mixed food you like with the healthy ones... that way it is tastier XD!! And also, Don't go exercicing with both friends at the same time too fast... start with one friend... then the next week go with both... that way your body won't get tired... Hope it help... I'm not the tipe of gorl who goes exercicing with company... I like doing it alone (I don't know why) And I have a really bad alimentation XD (I barely eat breakfast, I eat lunch a salad mixed with the food I like the most, and I have dinner some cereal, or yogurt... Or something in a small plate -If you plan to do that... Start with the dinner XD) But also I have my moments I eat like a pig... That when I "Punish" my self to only eat healthy food :) Good luck... Lov ya!
