VACATION RETURN WEIGH-IN (Oct 5 - Oct 19)

After 2 weeks away in NJ, visiting our moms and getting window and siding project line up for 1st week in December, it turns out I lost a couple of pounds.
Not good or bad; just is. Definitely feel leaner after bouncing around on the ladder for last week.
Felt crappy after the flight out - bloating & other stoppages 💩, and my sleep patterns were terrible. I hate flying. ✈️👎 Probably bumped up a few lbs from the 152.4lb that first week but all that was temporary, normal fluctations. Also had trouble staying hydrated.
Things returned to mostly normal in Week 2 with sleep, etc…. Lots of NEAT construction, hiking & fishing activity; never hungry but meals weren’t to our usually standard. Nonetheless, every bite logged to best of ability. #consistency
Anyway, 150.8 lb is lowest weight (single data point) in over 2 years so it’s an interesting datapoint. Next Wednesday … back to averages #process .
What did I learn? IIntuitive eating is part of my WOE which I never doubted. Scale not necessary but I want daily data for trends so I will use it daily. And my process of moderation works. Again, no surprise.
