I have to remember to not put myself in situations where I can be tempted. I bought cookie dough for a fundraiser, I'm a sucker for kids selling stuff, and ate a lot of it before I threw it away. Then last Monday I was at a friends house to watch the Vikings play and I binged on popcorn with butter. Not good.
This weekend we have two potlucks with church. If I stick to just the healthy food I bring, I should be fine.
Why is it that church potlucks are always full of carbs? Do people really eat like this at home?
