Day 22, Keto Mod, Body Fat 38.3, Elipticle 45 min, upper and lower weights 1 hr, extremely tired and weak. I had a crisis at work that took me the entire day of focused, concentrated effort with no breaks--no food. This may also be the metabolism change that I speak of in my bio--a bit nauseated, weak, etc. I know that eating carbs would take the feeling away but I'll work through this. Very tough day emotionally for me as it was the ten year anniversary of my son's death. Unfortunately, my husband was traveling and my day was crazy enough that I didn't plan to be with friends. I got through it.

Breakfast omlette, lunch (3p) Atkins choc chip bar, coffee and half and half and diet coke, dinner steak and salad w blue cheese dressing, sugar free jellow, handful of almonds. Scale shows increase in weight but I don't feel that--often happens after heavy workout. b
