Still in the 18's.. edema still in force, decided to add an arbitration/law suit to my stress levels... yayy me. Had dropped my cal intake to below 1000 cal/day, got stuck at 118kgs for the past month... am finding eating enough to get those extra few hundred calories is uncomfortable, within the restricted meal times I have established. Reviewing other members posts, I am learning a lot, and trying different methods. something will click, but I think part of this is my stomach issues, so that will be my main effort this week. Time for some drumming and then lunch.

I have gut problems too. Not easy to correct.

I hear that MorticiaAddams... we have treated it for reflux and inflammation... I even tried yogurt and pre/probiotics... alas if this is a nasty case of H Pylori, it's gonna take Antibiotics... which have also been known to kill my stomach... not feeling enthusiastic.
