First small goal reached! This was a great week, I kicked my latte habit, and it paid off! Big time (Eventhough I was paying dir my latte’s with my caloriea). I had to get on and off of the scale 4 times just to make sure the thing was right. I know for the next two weeks things aren’t going to look so great because of my cycle, so I am grateful for this win before that.
