If you could lose weight just by tracking what you eat, would you do it? This is the question I asked myself today. Aha moment: when I track, I lose. When I don’t track, I gain - a little or a lot - tracking is the pivotal piece - when I’m actively conscious of my portion sizes and calorie intake, I make better, more informed and more health conscious decisions. Moral of the story - pay attention, be mindful, track.
