Watching what I eat, NO snacking, eating more healthy and watching the calories, small or no breakfast, small or no lunch and a normal size dinner works for me. I went up to 16st 11lb and my blood sugar went sky high. Weight lost and blood sugar is a lot lower now... Carry on until I'm around 14st 6lb and see how it goes.... Remember you can do it if you really try xxx
