My mind seriously tricks me. I’ve been open in the past about my previous body image struggles. For days I’ve felt “bigger” and bloated. I decide to take a leap of faith and weigh myself only to find I weigh less 😐. I am telling everyone that I have been eating more than I have in months in order to maintain- and I swear my habits aren’t unhealthy. The mindset is the hardest part to change.
