Lower than yesterday, but still on the wring end.
appetite has grown significantly, combined with the lower will pkwer and binge eating depression away, I have all the excuses

Reasons, not excuses. You've been through a LOT and it seems like your grief needs to take priority. You know this. If you're not already speaking to a counsellor, I highly recommend seeing a professional to help you process your emotions. The last thing you need right now is guilt on top of everything else. Please be gentle with yourself.
