strange no understand why increase weight
i went to the gym to make cardio and abdominals, plus run 10 mintures plus bike....
day that i went to the gym, wednesday and thursday.. today was lazy and didnt goo...
so i ate only in the morning 2 breads with cheese and jam and 1 avena light.. i know too bad.. no white flour is allow in this diet....
for lunch , crab soup, and ate 2crabs
for dinner , i ate 3 crabs, and as a dessert pinneaple slices.
and waterrrrr a lot of waterrrrrrrrr.
im thinking to go to gym tomorrow saturday and sunday..
