I woke up this morning and my tummy feels like it's full of rocks so I knew that this weigh in was going to be bad. And hey, I was right! I am mid way through my cycle so pms will be starting soon and it's always that week where my weight spikes. Then pms&tom I tend to balance out again. Also had a later dinner than normal and it was salty bacon. My body is super sensitive to salt so that probably doesn't help. Let's see where I am in the next few days.
