BP 115/72... PR 75
Lost an elder this weekend that was very close and helped raise me. Just found out about it last night, so am surprised my BP is still low. He was 90, which is continued proof that our family genetics give us long lives, no matter what the lifestyle... and his was not a healthy one. It took him having a week long silent heart attack, before my Aunt changed the way they ate. I am glad I got to hang out with him when he was still able, and resilient. My last memory was the look on his face when I popped 5 straight shots, into the center target with his high-powered, pellet hand gun... nobody in the family was as accurate a shot as he was... except me ;) lots of good memories growing up as their '6th child'. I am also the keeper of the family heritage records... these are the entries I hate making.
Gonna take today a bit slow.
