I gained 2lbs while out on a motorcycle rally for two weeks (I didn't log it). Not much changed other than adding in some jerky and maybe a lunch once or twice. Oh, and some nut mixes that had fruit instead of my usual peanuts or mixed nuts and a piece of fruit in the evening (man, it doesn't seem like much unless you really sit down to recall all the things crammed in your noise hole). The biggest change overall is the lack of exercise while out rallying. Boy did I feel it this morning. Can you say Weak!?! I am back to shedding lbs after being home for 1 week -- down a pound compared to the day I left for the rally.
