Edema is still acting up, so this number is slightly tainted, but will post it anyway. Appointment to get my Glaucoma checked today, first follow-up since it was discovered last year, to see how fast it is advancing.

Dagnabbit, I got busy and missed my breakfast window... will be at the Optometrist during my lunchtime window... looks like an unintentional 20+ hour fast. Ketones are low anyways, so need to boost that, this should help. Am being treated for reflux and possible Asthma inflammation, but nothing is helping... starting to wonder if my stomach lining is inflamed, I was taking a Tylenol XS every day, but it was bothering my stomach, so I stopped... wondering if that did some damage.. time to do more studying.
