Yesterday evening was rough. I wasn't hungry, but kept thinking about food. I finally cast YouTube onto my living room television and watched a few Sten Ekberg vids to get through. It worked and I'm rewarded with a nice loss today 🙂

It was such a detailed movie, too. I imagined myself getting 2 pieces of bread off the top of the fridge, putting them in the toaster, buttering the toast, putting a pile of shredded beef on my plate, and then triggering a binge where I ran out for Fritos and Jalapeno Cheese Dip. So, I decided to hold firm 🙂

Good job lady! Seems like a lot of weight loss has to do with the brain and the tricks it likes to play on us. My trickster brain i call my fat kid. I try and shut her down like a real person when i start fixating on things that i know wont improve my health. Works a lot of the time tho not always.
