Update: Upper chest congestion 98% gone yesterday & this morning.
almost 8 hours good sound sleep.
Although I used the same assistance as prior night.
12% body fat if we can believe the Tanita body fat/weight scale.
(BTW it shows it as 13% after putting on all my clothes.)
:) don't know how much fat is in my clothes... :)
