chest cold recovery period;
I slept over 9 hours last night! Good sound sleep, no coughing or sore throat, or neck pain (on going issue not related to recent head cold). So, I lost more weight, like I do when I sleep longer. More dehydrated I'd say.
Long sound sleep enabled by 2 Valerian herb pills, and one Lunesta. :)
Sleep much needed during illness recovery.
Along with plenty of liquids as others have advised. :)
