Its been about a month since my last weigh-in and boy was it hard getting off these almost 3 lbs. lol. Nothing I was doing was working so I went to see a doctor for weight loss and finally I lost. I was exercising mixing it up weights and cardio and eating the right things (just not enough). Thankfully now it will start coming off slowly. Have a great productive Monday FS friends :)

Happy that you found something that works for you. Sometimes we have to experiment with different foods, macros and activity levels to find the combination that works for us. And, too often, it simply takes longer than we want.
