Had a REALLY bad weekend. But I staying on track now. We were so busy that I didn't get time plan meals and all that fun stuff. I was down to 200 but At least I didn't gain too much over the weekend.
BACK ON TRACK as of yesterday and I'm already down a bit...wooo...
91.5 kg 지금까지 감소한: 0 kg.    남은양: 28.0 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
주 0.2 kg 감소하기
