Hi u all fatsecret members I suppose everyone sees my post. I really enjoy seeing photos of food being made and reading comments made by other members. I personally joined mainly for my health problems and finding a special way of losing weight and maintaining it as well. After surviving a bad heart attack at age 40yrs I know LIFE is precious.
