MY Weight still same have trouble mainly wirh BSL which go high and low. MEDICATION and INSULINS seem to interfere with my diet of 1200 calories which daily normally I Succeed but then BSL go erratic and I do D2 REMEDY to fix the problem. I'M under DIABETIC and HEART specialist who adjust my medication to fix this problem. I'm happy at progress of MEDITERRANEAN where calories input keep me on target to my goal.
