I expected this rise in weight, Fridge is dying and had to use up as much food in the freezer as I could, before it went bad. As a result, I ate more than I should have, ending in a weight gain. Still waiting for the 'fridge Mechanic' to come and verify it's dying, before they can requisition another fridge... was supposed to be here yesterday. I used to work in a shop that built fridges, so I know what this is, and I know it cannot be fixed, without a complete teardown, which means digging out all the injected foam insulation... not gonna happen. It is still cold enough to keep food in the freezer section, it is now as cold as the fridge used to be. The fridge section is barely a cooler now. I have a small Apt freezer as well, but it is already packed full of food I have precooked, for easy and fast meal preps. Oh well, this week it should calm down a bit, but this insulin resistance, or what they are calling 'Metabolic Syndrome' is really hard to chip away at. I have been reading and watching videos on insulin resistance. Im not far off the mark, for what is required to lower the resistance, but I will need to get into a fasting routine. Dental Hygiene appnt tomorrow, so a good reason to start a 24hr fast, since mouth will be sore anyways.
