It is Monday again. I have recorded my weight each day, and the average over 7 days shows a 1 pound loss. Not grand but it is a loss! I kept my calories close to my goal, but I was very sedentary. Not a normal week for me at all, but I am finally recovering with the help of antibiotics!

A pound a week loss is 52 pounds in a year. (Not that you're wanting to lose 52 pounds!) Glad your feeling better.
