This is proof that eating way under calories doesn’t result in a weight loss. My calorie intake for yesterday was only a little over 900 calories. There’s no way this gain is from fat.

Any drastic change to your diet will signal your body to start holding on to stuff (mainly water) while it tries to reach homeostasis. Keep it up and you will see a drop in lbs once your bod realizes it’s not going to starve
