Consistent effort consistent progress, feeling great 😊 Beyond this point, it’s a body and relationship with my body that feels very foreign and new…every day sees some strange little aha moment related to my body (yes, you can fit between those 2 cars; where did that collarbone come from? - two examples from this week lol). Embracing the journey and learning to love me along the way ❤️‍🩹
