Sunday run day! Going for a run/walk in a few. Gotta go super early because it will be hot today.

Yoga sounds perfect to end the day. I only made it to 27 minutes 1.6 miles. It was too hot already but I figured something was better than nothing and since it was shorter my pace was better than the last couple times. Been drinking lots of water already too. Will post my spa water later. I’m mooching a lemon from my neighbor because I don’t have any on my tree right now 😁. Enjoy your day!
