Balanced diet and gym 5 - 6 hours a week, combination of cardio and weight training on average 1 1/2 - 2 hours per session 😰 PLUS: 10000 steps a day, I’m on a 101 day step streak.
I started the 10000 steps and healthy eating end of March so total loss since 27 March is 8kgs
