I’m noting seeing the kind of progress I thought I’d be seeing in terms of “weight loss” but I honestly suspect my scale is just not the one (as ridiculous as it sounds) because I can barely get a consistent reading on any given day. However the biggest thing is, apart from dropping kilos on the scale my main indicator in terms of knowing I’m doing something right, is the fact that I am shrinking in size and I can tell I’m losing fat because the folds are disappearing, clothes fit better and I look slimmer. So for that I’m grateful and encouraged to keep going regardless of the number on the scale as I know it can also be influenced by a few factors.
