While not a great weigh in, its better than yesterday!
Either my scale had a moment of insanity or goodness knows what, but yesterday I weighed in at 56.4!!! I decided not to log it as it seemed a bit much to have a 2 kilo jump.

So, I'm glad to see its gone down vs yesterday but still up vs my normal. However it is also PMS time and been eating some salty foods (I didn't mean to, it just kinda got served that way).

Some months PMS is kind and I actually drop weight, but it seems this is not one of those months. Todays focus is to stay extra well hydrated and to try to avoid as much salt as possible. Hoping to flush the system basically.

It doesn't help that I just FEEL bloated as well, my whole body feels big and uncomfortable... I truly feel like a whale.
