I’m not even sure what to say, this was so unexpected. Not that I did anything off track, a little more active maybe, just surprised at such a big loss at this stage. But I will freakin’ take it! I’m officially down 50% of my body weight since the beginning of this journey!!!
HEALTHY LIFE MOMENT OF GRATITUDE: I feel like I was today years old when I realized that people of average size don’t need physical momentum to walk up stairs. Getting used to things my body used to work so hard at has been beautiful and at times overwhelming, but 💯 worth it!
