I have joined BFTT, trainer and nutritionist online, so he has helped me to focus on a healthier lifestyle as I was very unhealthy, no exercise, junk food, large portions and an emotional binge eater, I also suffer from hormonal imbalances which causes me to have really bad cravings - So I think my body got a bit of a fright with the healthy eating and exercise and I think its a lot of water weight but I am keeping at it and will see how it goes with time and discipline I guess. But proud of myself at the moment as it's felt like really hard work but trying to keep myself disciplined and focused on sticking to it.
