I have been a flexitarian now for a while. I try to eat one vegan meal a day but life has just been so hectic I haven't been paying that much attention so I don't know where I am at. yesterday I came across some more research about how veganism helps for inflammation as well and the vegan doctor who was talking looked so healthy and radiant. she has really inspired me to try even harder. I still don't think I'll go completely vegan because of many reasons I don't have the capacity for that commitment, but I want to try to eat whole food plant based for two weeks to see how I feel. In the past I still had so much to learn but now I feel I know enough to be able to do it.
